Setting high safety standards will always be our top priority, with our approach to safety being deeply embedded within the culture of our company and in every decision we make.
We have a department dedicated to health, safety and risk management to oversee this important aspect of our business across all levels of operation. In addition to reviewing internal measures, our team also analyses traffic incidents and collisions, and how they can be avoided in the future.
We recognise our responsibility in keeping our passengers and other road users safe while travelling in London. It is not a responsibility we take lightly, and we are committed to playing our part in achieving The Mayor of London’s Vision Zero objective to eliminate all deaths and serious injuries on London’s roads by 2041.
