The Supervisory Board consists of the following eight members:
Catherine Guillouard
Catherine Guillouard was named Chairwoman and Chief Executive Officer of RATP Group on August 2, 2017.
Ms. Guillouard attended École Nationale d'Administration—ENA (Léon Gambetta graduation class). She began her career working for the French Treasury. Ms. Guillouard joined Air France in 1997, where she served as Senior Vice-President of Flight Operations, Senior Vice-President of Human Resources and Change Management, and later Senior Vice-President of Finance. In 2007, she joined Eutelsat Communications as Chief Financial Officer and member of the Executive Committee. She moved on to Rexel in 2013 as Director of Finance, Control and Legal Affairs and later Group Senior Vice President. She was also a member of the Executive Board and the Executive Committee. Catherine Guillouard has additionally been on the Board of Directors at Engie since 2015, and at Airbus since 2016.
Ms. Guillouard is also Vice Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board at Systra, a joint subsidiary formed by RATP Group and SNCF.
Catherine Barbaroux
Catherine Barbaroux was appointed to the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on November 17, 2010.
She served as Deputy Secretary General of the PS-MRG party in the French National Assembly in 1975, before joining the Ministry of the Environment as Chief Cabinet Advisor, and later the Ministry of Commerce, Craft and Tourism as Cabinet Director.
Ms. Barbaroux then went on to work in human resources, serving as HR Director for Prisunic and Pinault-Printemps-Redoute (now Kering) from 1986 to 1993. In 1996, Ms. Barbaroux became Director of Entreprise&Personnel. From 1999 to 2005, she was Senior Executive Officer for the French Directorate-General dedicated to employment and vocational training. In 2005, Ms. Barbaroux was appointed the Director of Services for the Île-de-France Regional Council until her retirement in 2010. She then joined Association pour le Droit à l’Initiative Economique (ADIE), a non-profit organization focusing on employment, and served as President until September 2016.
Catherine Barbaroux is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.
Christiane Bergevin
Christiane Bergevin joined the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on January 1, 2017.
Ms. Bergevin has held several positions in senior management throughout her career, notably as President of SNC-Lavalin Capital, and as Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Business Development for Desjardins Group. She started her own consulting firm in 2016.
Ms. Bergevin has served as independent director for the AGF Group Audit Committee since 2015, and for Yamana Gold since 2014. She has extensive experience in philanthropy, and has worked for organizations like the Women's Centre of Montreal and the Montreal Heart Institute Foundation. She is also a member of the International Advisory Committee to the Principal and Vice-Chancellor of McGill University.
Ms. Bergevin was appointed Chair of the Board of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce for 2017-2018.
Christiane Bergevin is a graduate of McGill University (Montreal), with distinction in finance and entrepreneurship, and of the Wharton School (Philadelphia). Ms. Bergevin has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors’ (ICD) accreditation program.
Marie-Claude Dupuis
Marie- Claude Dupuis was appointed to the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on March 22, 2017.
Marie-Claude Dupuis has been director of strategy innovation and development of RATP Group, Executive Committee member, since the 1st of March 2017. She joined the RATP in October 2014 and was appointed as director of the Bus rollingstock department at RATP in January 2015. In particular, she was responsible of the Bus Plan 2025 which aims to convert the entire fleet of 4,600 buses in a 100% environmentally friendly fleet.
She has been deeply involved in environmental, safety and quality issues throughout her professional career, which she began in 1988 at the Regional Directorate for Industry and Research (Central Region) as officer in charge of inspecting nuclear facilities.
After six years at the General Directorate of Industrial Strategies within the Ministry of Industry, where she was Head of the Section for the Safety and Quality of Industrial Products, she joined the Pollution and Risk Prevention Division of the Ministry of the
Environment in 1998.
Until 2005, she was Director of the Industrial Environment Service, where she oversaw the inspection of industrial and agricultural facilities at the national level.
Then, Ms. Dupuis was appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the French National Radioactive Waste Management Agency (Andra). During nine years, she managed Andra’s activities, which primarily concern radioactive waste disposal, including the
operation of facilities for low and intermediate level waste, and projects for geological disposal. She also served as Chairperson of the Radioactive Waste Management Committee of the OECD’s Nuclear Energy Agency from 2007-2013.
Ms Dupuis, who is a general mining engineer, is a former student of the Polytechnic School and of the Paris Mining Engineering School.
Luc Lallemand
Luc Lallemand was appointed to the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on November 17, 2010.
Luc Lallemand began his career in the merchant marine, at Ahlers Shipping. He later held various positions in the financial departments at Rossel & Cie (publisher of the newspaper “Le Soir”) and DHL.
In 1991, he began working as a treasurer at the Belgian National Railway Company (SNCB), which was still a unitary company. After the period 1995-2002, when he worked for the Federal Government, Luc Lallemand became CFO and member of the Executive Committee of the SNCB.
Between 1992 and 2002, Luc Lallemand also lectured in the economic and financial fields at business schools.
In 2004, he became Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Executive Committee of Infrabel, the independent infrastructure manager of the Belgian railway network.
Besides his activities at RATP, Luc is also Chairman of the Board of Directors with Vinçotte and Director with bpost.
Luc Lallemand studied at the Antwerp Maritime Academy and was graduating as a commercial engineer as well.
Alain Le Duc
Alain Le Duc was appointed to the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on November 17, 2010.
Mr. Le Duc has served as Chief Financial Officer and a member of the RATP Group Executive Committee since 1999. He began his career in 1976 at Renault, where he carried out various responsibilities in France and in the United Kingdom. He worked at the Renault plant in Douai where he was a member of the Executive Committee charged with management control, information systems, and general services, and was later appointed CFO and Head of Informations systems at Renault UK. In 1994 Alain Le Duc joined RATP as Director of Management Control and Finance, before becoming Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Executive Committee.
Mr. Le Duc is a graduate of HEC.
Philippe Martin
Philippe Martin joined the RATP Dev Supervisory Board on November 17, 2010.
He has served as RATP Group Executive Vice President for Transport and Maintenance Operations since October 2009. He is also a member of the Executive Committee.
Philippe Martin joined RATP in 1983 as Operations Manager for the metro. He became Assistant Manager for RER line B in 1985. From 1987 to 1990, he joined the rail network operations research department as a design engineer and notably contributed to the Channel Tunnel project. From 1990 to 1999, he served as Director for RER line B and Transportation Director for RER line A. In 2000, he was named Manager of the Championnet Workshops Decentralised Technical Unit to oversee facilities maintenance and bus repairs. That same year, he became Bus Department Director and managed 13,800 agents dedicated to bus and tram operations in Ile-de-France. Four years later, he took over service policy responsibilities (reception, sales, information) and RATP transport environment management as Executive Vice President for Transport Environments, Services and Business Development.
Mr. Martin is a graduate of École Centrale Paris and is an Auditor at Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale (Institute for Higher National Defence Studies, IHEDN) and Cycle des Hautes Études pour le Développement Économique (CHEDE). He is a Chevalier de l’Ordre National du Mérite (Knight in the National Order of Merit) and Chevalier de l’Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur (Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour).
François-Xavier Perin
Since January 1, 2017, François-Xavier Perin has been Advisor to the CEO of RATP and Managing Director for RATP Dev, as well as IXXI and Vice President for Union des Transports Publics et Ferroviaires (Public and Rail Transport Union, UTP).
Mr. Perin joined RATP Dev in June 2012 to serve as a member of the Supervisory Board. From December 2012 to December 2016, he was Chairman of the Executive Committee and later became a member of the RATP Group Executive Committee.
Mr. Perin began his career in 1976 at Banque Française du Commerce Extérieur (BFCE). In 1985 he decided to pursue his career in the transportation industry, and in 1988, he was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the group that would later become Transdev. In 1993, Mr. Perin was named Managing Director of SEMITAG, a Transdev subsidiary that operates the urban transport system in Grenoble. From 1997 to 2006, Mr. Perin’s operational responsibilities expanded to several countries; he served as CEO of Transdev UK, Transdev Australia and Executive Chairman of EuRailCo, which was at the time a subsidiary jointly owned by Transdev and RATP Dev in Germany. In June 2006 François-Xavier Perin was appointed Executive Vice President for Operations, responsible for all delegated operating divisions of Transdev Group. He then served as Managing Director from October 2008 to October 2009, when the group merged with Veolia Transport.
Mr. Perin is a graduate of ESCP Europe.
